HOW TO MEASURE YOUR BODY

  1. Bust Measurement:

    • Stand up straight with your arms relaxed at your sides.
    • Wrap a measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, ensuring it is parallel to the ground and not too tight or too loose. The tape should pass over the nipples.
    • Take note of the measurement in inches or centimeters.
  2. Waist Measurement:

    • Locate your natural waist, which is the narrowest part of your torso, typically above the belly button and below the ribcage.
    • Stand up straight and exhale gently.
    • Wrap the measuring tape around your waist, making sure it is snug but not too tight.
    • Take note of the measurement in inches or centimeters.
  3. Hip Measurement:

    • Stand up straight with your feet close together.
    • Place the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips, which is usually the widest part of your buttocks.
    • Ensure the measuring tape is parallel to the ground and not too tight or too loose.
    • Take note of the measurement in inches or centimeters.
  4. Inseam Measurement:

    • Stand up straight with your feet slightly apart.
    • Take a measuring tape and place one end at the crotch area where the legs meet.
    • Let the tape measure run down the inside of your leg, following the contour of your thigh, until you reach the desired length. This is usually at the ankle bone or wherever you prefer the garment to end.
    • Make sure the measuring tape is held taut but not stretched or sagging.
    • Take note of the measurement in inches or centimeters.

Remember to keep the tape measure parallel to the ground and avoid pulling it too tightly, as this can affect the accuracy of your measurements. Additionally, it's helpful to have someone assist you to ensure accurate readings.
