Return & Exchange Policy

Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? We're here to help!
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of the day of delivery, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Once items are returned you will be entitled to store credit. We are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, have a strong scent, are not in original condition, or have had tags removed.
Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odor.
Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provides you with proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. We ask that you provide us with the tracking details so that we can track and process your return in a timely manner. Please allow up to 10 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
Where items are returned to us outside of this time period, we reserve the right to return the item to you.
Cancellations
We hope that you love every piece purchased from End South, but we understand that your mind may change. You have the right to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order if you decided to change your mind. We reserve the right to return items to the customer if they are returned to us outside of this time period.
Undelivered Items
If items are undeliverable to you by the courier/postal services these orders will be held for a determined amount of time. Please contact the courier/postal service for you to collect. If uncollected items exceed this limit, they will be returned to us by the sender. All items will be automatically refunded and returned to stock. You will be notified of the refund via email.
Return Instructions
Per our store policy, you have 7 days to return your item(s) upon the day of delivery. If you have exceeded 7 days, you, unfortunately, will not be eligible to return or exchange the item(s).
If you are within the 7days, please follow the instructions below:
To start your return, you may return the item to the return address on the packing slip or package label! The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please include your packing slip and/or name and order number to ensure we have received the correct return. Upon receipt, we will process your return! You will receive a store credit code in the amount paid for the item via email. We ask that you send and include a tracking number with your package so that we may process your return promptly.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

Upon receipt, we will process your return! Please let us know which item, size, and color you are requesting via email at info@endsouth.co. You will receive a new shipping confirmation email once the new item(s) ship, if available. If the requested item is not available a store credit will be issued in the amount paid. We ask that you send and include a tracking number with your package via email so that we may process your exchange in a timely manner.
